Description
It all began with a group of people with the same interest and hobbies then came a vision to start something completely new. We had a great vision, a passion for change and all the right skills to organize a Basketball league that would cater to any Pinoy baller from all ages. Together, we established Rising Hoops Basketball League, born out of passion and love for Basketball.
