For the 18-year old Kai Sotto, the sky is the limit. Literally.
As the basketball prodigy from the Philippines is set to begin his National Basketball Association (NBA) G-League career this February, his game isn't the only thing opponents should be wary about. In a tweet on Thursday, the former Ateneo Blue Eaglet shared new facts about himself.
"New Facts: Height 7’3, Wingspan 7’5"
He then continued that with this: "Continue to Watch Me Work"
The bad news especially for opponents is this: Sotto is still projected to grow taller. Seven-foot-six tall to be exact.
The G-League is set to be played inside a bubble at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando- the same venue where the NBA completed its 2019-2020 campaign. This year's G-League season will feature 18 teams including Team Ignite of Sotto and Jalen Green under Coach Brain Shaw. Of course, Kai Sotto will be among the NBA hopefuls who will likely attract attention from opponents, the media, and the NBA scouts.
