Pilpinas VisMin Super Cup: Champion vs. Champion Showdown

After KCS Computer Specialist-Mandaue ruled the Visayas Leg of the Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup, they are set to face the winner of the Mindanao Leg for the National Championship.

The Games and Amusements Board (GAB) allowed the Mindanao Leg of VisMin to push through late this month.

The Mindanao Leg was suspended by GAB after the controversial game between the Siquijor Mystics and ARQ Builders Lapu-Lapu Heroes.

In a text message, VisMin Cup COO Rocky Chan told Basketball Republic that a ‘moment of truth’ is scheduled between Mandaue and the champion of Mindanao section.

“Yes, Best-of-5 series." Chan's answer on the duel between the victors of Visayas and Mindanao Leg.

Per Rocky Chan, the event will take place 3 days after the Mindanao group. The league’s second phase will tip-off on May 30.

“Yes, after Mindanao leg, 3 day break, then laban na.” said Chan.
