San-En NeoPhoenix's bad season have just gone worse when Thirdy Ravena tested positive for coronavirus Friday evening.
The bottom team in the Western Division of B-League with a 2-13 record announced its bad news on its press release, with the former three-time UAAP Finals MVP complained having a sore throat and a high fever to their team trainer the day before.
Afterwards, Ravena undertook a test in Toyohashi that confirmed his infection.
With the rest of the team has been tested negative, the former King Eagle has seen his fever going down and has been receiving medical attention.
Ravena had averaged 12 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists for the NeoPhoenix, in which it went 1-4 since his debut and will miss five games as a result, starting with their away tiff at Shimane (December 2), his first opponent on his B-League Debut.
The earliest possible return for him will be at home to Levanga Hokkaido in the first of the back-to-back homestand on December 12.
